The Poole Company manufactures virgin polyester textile fibers which are used in products such as decorative pillows and sheeting.  Textile fibers are a polyester staple with a denier range of 0.9 to 2.25.  An EcoSure recycled textile fiber version is also available made from 100% PCR PET polymer.

The Poole Company manufactures EcoSure fiberfill and virgin polyester fiberfill which is used in products such as bed pillows, mattress pads, and toys.  We offer fiberfill in a wide range of deniers which is available in a spiral or solid format.

The Poole Company manufactures heavy denier fiber -- also known as Wellstrand -- which is used in products such as scrub pads, filtration, and outdoor cushions.  Heavy denier fibers are made using 100% post consumer recycle (PCR) PET polymer.  Wellstrand fiber endures a water-quench spinning process.
